International Blog Delurking Week

I learned from a blog that I mostly lurk on that it is delurking week. So I would love to find out a little bit about all our readers. So tell us all about yourself, how you found our blog, and why the heck you enjoy reading about our crazy little life!

Hi! I'm Katy and I stumbled across your blog when I first got pregnant. I was searching for other blogs written by 2 mommies. I like reading because you went through some really tough times but are so strong and I totally admire that. And the pics of Ella are like icing on the cake! :)

i have been a lurker almost from the beginning. it is because there is a lot that we have in common. My partner and i are both educators and are ttc. I found your blog by linking from Wishinghopingpraying. We are still ttc... or actually probably giving up, having failed and being too broke, and probably too old to continue on. I was also touched that your title was about your dog. Our dog was the absolute love of our lives. We just lost him a week ago. He has/had his own blog which I have left here one other time that I left a response. In case you wanted to see it it is: http://murraysheart.wordpress.com/ but just so you know, it is not a very happy place to be. We also have a password protected blog relating to our ttc efforts. It too, has not been too happy a place to be. In the meantime, we live vicariously through your blog and others. So thanks for continued blogging and thanks for finding success and having such a beautiful baby girl.

We started reading about your family b/c our due dates were so similar. I think Ella was due around Sept.12/09..then you delivered so early...so then we were so impressed with how strong you were with Ella being in the NICU. The photos of her are beautiful.

Well, I've commented before, so I'm not sure I'm a lurker, but it's your buddy Sara from the Preemies board. I found you from the board, of course, and I love seeing Ella grow!

I have comment on occasion I am 54 year old Mother and Grandmother of 4 beautiful grandbabies 4 months to 7 years old. I found your site through a link from snickollet. I lurk there also. I was instantly attracted to your blog because of your wedding picture. You are such a happy loving couple and when you concieved I was so happy for you both. Terrified for you when Ella was born so early so scared to SSG for her health and Heavy hearted for Shazam enduring the worry and heartache she experinced. You inspire people. Thank you for blogging, Jean

I am mostly a lurker and I found your blog through links to other lesbian families, probably. I was taken in by your story as your daughter was born shortly after mine was. I'm a sucker for a happy two-mommy family.

I'm not really a lurker because I do comment on occasion and you know I follow, but I'll comment anyway. I followed you from the SSH board. :-D

I mostly lurk here - think I found you through the LFCA or the blogroll. I started reading cause I like to read about other DI families, and I guess I keep reading cause it's so great to hear about how well little E is doing after such a scary start. So glad you are all safe and sound and wishing you a great 2010.
