It is gender neutral but they also had blue and pink ones for people who know the gender of the baby. Its quality is really nice and I am looking forward to putting in the correct pages. This is one of the few baby things we have purchased so far. I would totally recommend this to other same sex families. We ordered from babysakes.com. Now all I need to do is make sure I fill it out!
